Each hour-long session is designed to assist critical infrastructure owners and operators, physical security and information security professionals, CIOs, risk managers, business continuity planners, IT directors, human resource professionals, and local homeland security and emergency management staff in their efforts to enhance the preparation, security, and resilience of their facilities and assets.

Preparedness: Topics are designed to assist businesses in enhancing their preparation and resilience efforts:
· Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Suite – When disasters strike, how will your business respond? The BCP Suite includes a training session for developing continuity plans, automated continuity and disaster recovery plan generators, and a self-directed exercise that can assist in testing the efficacy of your plan.
· Active Shooter Training – Do your employees know how to respond in the event of attack? The Active Shooter Training Program is designed to assist business owners and operators in preparing personnel on how to respond in such an incident.
· Training and Exercises – DHS provides numerous training opportunities that can assist in developing preparedness and response efforts, and this segment will provide more information on those courses and programs.
