Our topic will be the increasing need for integration between Department of Defense (DoD) Installation Emergency Management Programs and their partner programs in local civil jurisdictions.

Our guest will be Ryan Broughton, CEM®, CBCP, Emergency Management Program Manager for Davis-Paige Management Systems, LLC. He leads a team supporting Headquarters, Department of the Army’s (HQDA) Protection Division in the execution of the Emergency Management Modernization Program.
